Internacionale Retail has taken a 15,580sq ft unit at Frederick Street, Rotherham. DTZ advised Norseman Estates while Internacionale Retail was advised by CF Commercial Property Consultants. David Thompson, retail director at DTZ, said: "Internacionale Retail joins occupiers including New Look, Holland and Barrett, JD Sports and Bodycare in College Walk. "This letting maintains 100% occupancy in College Walk and demonstrates there is occupier interest for units in the city and hope for the future." |
