DTS Software Latin America Forms Strategic Alliance with CADAS Software.

MIAMI and SAO PAULO, Brazil--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 30, 1998--DTS Software Latin America, the leading value-added distributor of Application Development Solutions (AD Solutions) in Latin and South America, has formed a strategic alliance with CADAS Software Inc., part of the Chase Technology Group, to sell and support its CADAS Year 2000 (Y2K) testing software for the IBM(R) (NYSE:IBM) mainframes and AS/400s.

CADAS provides Future Date Testing and Data Time Travel, testing applications at different future and past dates. With Future Date Testing, a realistic representation of future production environments is achieved, providing greater confidence in the accuracy of results. Data Time Travel is a fundamental requirement of Future Date Testing, with copies of existing test data having their date elements moved forward in time while maintaining the integrity of the data as a whole.
