DTS Exhibits Digital Broadcast Production Solutions at CCBN Show in Beijing.

(Nasdaq:DTSI) is showcasing a selection of innovative Digital Audio Broadcast solution products at this week's China Cable Broadcasting & Network Exhibition (CCBN) show at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing, March 21-23, 2006. DTS is exhibiting the VPP -- Versatile Processing Platform, a DTS transmission encoder -- along with several broadcast contribution, distribution and emission hardware products developed recently in partnership with Linear Acoustic, Inc. Together, the products will deliver a complete feature set to address the contribution, distribution, and emission of high quality digital audio in broadcast environments.

DTS and Linear Acoustic are also presenting a one-hour seminar entitled "Innovative Solutions for Emission, Contribution and Distribution of Audio in Digital Broadcast Applications," at the Service Building of China International Exhibition Center in Room # 206 on March 21st and 22nd at 2:40 p.m.
