SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 26, 2000

DTAI DTAI Declarative Languages and Artificial Intelligence  Inc., a software technology company that develops advanced software products and provides custom computer solutions to both the commercial and government sectors, Monday announced that the company has completed its leveraged buyout leveraged buyout, the takeover of a company, financed by borrowed funds. Anderson announced that he is leaving the company and resigning from his positions as CEO and chairman of its Board of Directors to pursue outside opportunities.

DTAI has flourished as Persichetti, who joined DTAI in 1997, has provided leadership in corporate management, business development, and systems engineering support for key customers. Some keystone accomplishments on Persichetti's list at DTAI are establishing DTAI's first government prime contract, providing corporate oversight in contracts, and marketing and managing corporate growth, while also seeking out dually beneficial relationships. Before joining the management team at DTAI, Persichetti was a senior product manager at Ifusion Corp. Persichetti was responsible for the roll-out of ArrIve push technology network and Content Authoring Tools and managed network operations from concept design through contract awards, implementation and maintenance phases.

Under his direction, the USMC successfully fielded their capstone Ground C2 Tactical Combat Operations system to the Fleet Marine Force. During his tenure supporting the Navy, Persichetti was the first to officially establish North Island as the designated Software Support Activity of the SH-2G Helicopter Tactical Navigation System.
