(ISPs), Value Added Resellers (VARs) and Systems Integrators have the ability to resell wholesale DSL services provided by DSLnetworks immediately, with no up-front costs. A Wholesale Partner also has the option of becoming a national DSL provider by gaining access to DSLnetworks' entire portfolio of telco partners and nationwide infrastructure.

"We're pleased to announce the growing adoption of DSLnetworks' ISP Partner Program," said Brad Connors, president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of DSLnetworks. "Our goal is to make it as simple as possible for ISPs to offer broadband services profitably in an increasingly competitive market. This wholesale arrangement enables our partners to quickly enter the DSL market without facing the traditional complexities of launching a broadband service and without incurring substantial up front telco fees or infrastructure costs."

The DSLnetworks Wholesale Advantage

ISPs working directly with Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs) or Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOCs) for DSL services are forced to pay recurring network fees totaling several thousand dollars per month. DSLnetworks' partners gain access to the networks and coverage areas of several CLECs and RBOCs, and are not required to pay these fees. This arrangement makes it easier for ISPs to profit from their DSL service offerings immediately rather than selling numerous DSL lines each month in order to recoup out-of-pocket costs out-of-pocket costs Managed care Health care costs that a covered person must pay out of pocket–eg, coinsurance, deductibles, etc. See Copayment. .

DSLnetworks also manages the imperative relationships with telcos by leveraging its experience in the DSL market to interface with telcos (CLECs/RBOCs) on an ISPs behalf. This arrangement is beneficial to all parties: the ISP, the telco and the end-user.

It benefits an ISP by providing a single point of contact with a DSLnetworks representative rather than numerous individuals within a telco organization. This alleviates the burden on the ISP of establishing relationships, negotiating services and learning processes that are required when working with a telco. Small or medium size ISPs may also find that telcos have insufficient resources to provide them with high quality support services support services Psychology Non-health care-related ancillary services–eg, transportation, financial aid, support groups, homemaker services, respite services, and other services . The program benefits telcos by reducing the number of different resellers they must serve and administrate ad·min·is·trate

. This allows telcos to direct their efforts toward larger resellers like DSLnetworks, where the volume of DSL circuits regularly ordered warrants dedicated resources. The program ultimately benefits end-users in the form of faster and smoother installation processes and more responsive technical support.
