DSI Toys Promotes Loyd W. Harlan to Vice President Operations.


HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 15, 1999--

DSI (Dynamic Systems Initiative) An umbrella term for a suite of Microsoft products that help manage the Windows environment in large enterprises. DSI was introduced in 2003.  Toys Inc. (Nasdaq:DSIT) is pleased to announce that Mr. Loyd W. Harlan has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Operations.
