DSI Toys Inc. Signs Hummer Licensing Agreement.


HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 1999--

DSI (Dynamic Systems Initiative) An umbrella term for a suite of Microsoft products that help manage the Windows environment in large enterprises. DSI was introduced in 2003.  Toys Inc. (Nasdaq:DSIT), the Company, is pleased to announce that it has signed a licensing agreement with AM General Corporation allowing DSI Toys to use the Hummer(R) and Humvee(R) trademarks and logos for a variety of toy products.

DSI will develop and market Hummer(R) and Humvee(R) brand name toys throughout the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area.  and Canada in DSI's popular BLOCKMEN(R) and Tech-Link(TM) product lines. DSI expects to ship the first products by Fall of 1999 with further product rollout commencing in Spring of 2000.
