DSI Toys Inc. Appoints New Canadian Distributor.

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 1998--DSI Toys Inc. (Nasdaq:DSIT) announced today that it has appointed Playtoy Industries Playtoy Industries was a Canada-based toy company created in 1985 in Toronto, Ontario, by Donald Griffin. In 1997, it moved to Concord, Ontario. They were in bankruptcy in 2001.

The company distributed a range of games in Canada for the Sega Genesis. , of Toronto, as its exclusive sales representative and sole distributor in Canada. Playtoy has been in business for twenty years TWENTY YEARS. The lapse of twenty years raises a presumption of certain facts, and after such a time, the party against whom the presumption has been raised, will be required to prove a negative to establish his rights.
