DSI Direct Sales Inc. 'DSDI' New Facilities.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- DSI Direct Sales Inc. (DSDI) (OTCBB:DSDI) announces the relocation of its corporate offices to 225 West Bartges Street, Akron, Ohio 44307. DSDI's action coincides with the move of its wholly owned subsidiary Digital Color Imaging, Inc. (DCI) into a larger facility.

DCI had previously rented a 16,500 sq. ft. facility. They purchased a new 38,180 sq. ft. building, resulting in a fixed overhead cost reduction of over 60% per month, while more than doubling its production capacity. In addition the site is located in an Enterprise Zone which enabled DCI to negotiate a Three Year Personal Property Tax Abatement Agreement with the City of Akron.

Although DSDI has moved into its new location, renovations continue with the anticipation they will improve work flow and business efficiency. The project is due to be completed this quarter. In addition DCI's capacity to service increased customer demand from national and international accounts has been greatly expanded.
