DSET Transfers Trading To Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

BRIDGEWATER, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 28, 2002

(Nasdaq: DSET DSET Desert Sunshine Exposure Testing Inc. ) - DSET Corporation today announced The Nasdaq Stock Market Nasdaq stock market

The first electronic stock market listing over 5000 companies. The Nasdaq stock market comprises two separate markets, namely the Nasdaq National Market, which trades large, active securities and the Nasdaq Smallcap Market that trades emerging growth companies.
 Inc.'s approval of DSET's application to have its common stock transferred from trading on the Nasdaq National Market to The Nasdaq SmallCap Market.

This transfer will be effective at the opening of business on Wednesday, May 29, 2002. The Company's common stock will continue to trade under the symbol DSET on the Nasdaq SmallCap Market.
