Pioneer Business Solutions, a subsidiary of Pioneer North America, Inc., is a leading hardware provider to the cable television industry. After a rigorous review and selection process, DSC Logistics' ability to deliver integrated supply chain planning and execution was the basis of Pioneer's decision to partner with DSC.

DSC Logistics will be focused on managing the supply chain service needs for Pioneer's cable set-top boxes and other high-end audio devices. DSC's responsibilities will include domestic and export shipments, serial number and activation code logic verification, as well as, kit production. DSC will also work closely with Pioneer to coordinate daily inventory and shipment reporting for the larger Pioneer network. To help ensure flawless execution, DSC has completed highly integrated upgrades to its Warehouse Management System providing detailed information for both Pioneer and DSC. DSC will also provide the capability to supply data about shipment transactions to Pioneer and its customers on the same day. These enhancements, coupled with the use of enhanced system communications, will assist DSC in meeting the changing needs of Pioneer's customers as they operate in the competitive Just-In-Time (JIT) environment of consumer electronics.
