DSA to Support DISA Global Electromagnetic Spectrum Information System's (GEMSIS) Program Management Office.

Under the $1M task order granted under the General Services Administration The General Services Administration (GSA) was established by section 101 of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 (40 U.S.C.A. § 751). The GSA sets policy for and manages government property and records.  Multiple Award Schedule, DSA will be responsible for assisting DISA in forming and capturing the concepts necessary to create the documents and exhibits needed to initiate and complete its Milestone efforts. Responsibilities include providing analysis and research expertise for the development of required Milestone documents as called for in the Department of Defense Instruction 5000.2, "Operation of the Defense Acquisition System."
