DRUGS, GUNS ARE SEIZED 14 PROBATIONERS ARRESTED, JAILED.Byline: Greg Botonis Staff Writer LANCASTER - The recent expansion of a program to take weapons out of the hands of criminals showed its worth Wednesday as 18 arrests were made and guns, drugs and ammunition were seized during an eight-hour sweep.
