) announced today that Donald G. Flodin has joined the company as vice president, general manager, of its DRS Electric Power Technologies unit in Hudson, Massachusetts.

Mr. Flodin has twenty-five years of experience in the aerospace and defense industry, with a diverse background in general management, product and business development, strategic planning, and mergers and acquisitions. As vice president and general manager of DRS Electric Power Technologies, Mr. Flodin will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategic growth plans and enhancing the integration and market leadership position of the company's power systems business.
