) announced today that it has completed its previously announced follow-on public offering of 3,500,000 shares of common stock at $32.00 per share.

In addition, the underwriters exercised the over-allotment option for an additional 525,000 shares, including 255,000 shares sold by the company and 270,000 shares sold by the selling stockholders.
