DRS Codem Systems Introduces the New CDF-9200 Series of Direction Finding Systems.

MERRIMACK, N.H. -- DRS Codem Systems, a unit of DRS Technologies, Inc., today introduced the CDF-9200 Series of direction finding (DF) processors and antennas, which provide a low-cost, versatile and high-performance radio frequency (RF) signal location solution for many applications, including surveillance and intelligence, frequency regulatory enforcement, and frequency control and analysis (FCA) for range monitoring, military, maritime patrol, civilian intelligence and commercial functions. DRS's direction finding systems may be utilized in stand-alone deployments or larger signal collection and location systems.

The CDF-9200 Series operates in the HF, VHF and UHF frequency spectrums, with broad frequency coverage between 500 kHz to 3 GHz. There are many standard and optional features that include global positioning system (GPS) for enhanced signal location and mapping. Signal analysis capability includes waterfall and narrowband signal spectral displays and line of bearing (LOB) histograms.
