DRE announces new development project.

Indianapolis--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 24, 1995--Duke Realty Investments, Inc. (DRE/NYSE) announced today that it has commenced development of a 157,000 square foot suburban office building located at The Corporate Park at Tuttle Crossing in Columbus, Ohio. The project is the first phase of a 314,000 square foot building similar to the Company's Three Woodfield development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Due to the strength of the Columbus suburban office market, the Company expects this new project to be substantially leased prior to its anticipated completion in June of next year. Currently Duke owns seven projects at Tuttle Crossing totaling approximately 700,000 square feet which are 99.6 percent leased.

Duke Realty Investments is a fully integrated real estate company which owns interests in a diversified portfolio of 156 industrial, office and retail properties encompassing approximately 17.6 million square feet.
