DRC Awarded $11.2 Million To Support The USAF B-52 System Program Office.

ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 17, 2002

Dynamics Research Corporation (Nasdaq: DRCO) today announced it was awarded contracts valued at potentially $11.2 million over the next five years to provide services in support of the U.S. Air Force's B-52 System Program Office (SPO), headquartered at Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The contracts, which began May 14, extend DRC's work for the B-52 SPO and the Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center, longstanding DRC customers. DRC expects the B-52 program contracts to contribute approximately $1.32 million to revenues for the remainder of 2002 and $2.14 million in 2003.

According to the terms of the contract awards, DRC is to provide program management, technical, logistics and systems engineering support services. This will include providing assistance with engineering studies and analyses, supporting flight test activities and independent cost analyses of proposed modifications to the B-52.
