DRAG RACERS TO APPEAR AT MAGIC MOUNTAIN.

Byline: Daily News

VALENCIA -- Magic Mountain's Goliath roller coaster will be among thrill rides used to illustrate the intense speed of a drag racing team as part of an agreement announced Thursday between Six Flags and A&E Network to promote the new reality show ``Driving Force.''

The show centers on 13-time National Hot Rod Association drag racing champion John Force and his three drag-racing daughters.

The Force family will visit Magic Mountain and other Six Flags parks and bring their dragsters to some of the locations during the summer.

John Force has broken every major record in drag racing. ``Driving Force'' will also focus on three of Force's daughters -- Ashley, 23; Brittany, 20; and Courtney, 18, who also compete in high-speed drag racing. Ashley Force was named Rookie of the Year in her class.
