DR Systems Delivers PACS to Halifax Medical Center; $5 million contract is the company's 25th MEDITECH installation.

Under the five-year agreement, DR Systems will provide a complete PACS, including workflow efficiency enhancements such as single sign-on capability, a comprehensive disaster recovery system, voice recognition, digital dictation, transcription, automated report distribution over the Web, and document scanning.

Halifax will become the 25th site at which DR Systems has interfaced its technology with MEDITECH.
