DR Power Equipment Expands Partnership with ARI.

MILWAUKEE -- EMPARTweb and EMPARTpublisher Now Available to Service Center and Consumer Network

ARI (OTCBB:ARIS), a leading provider of sales and profit-building technology services for equipment dealers announced today that DR Power Equipment of Vergennes, VT has expanded its relationship with ARI, licensing EMPARTweb-ASP(TM) electronic parts catalogs for use by their service centers, customer support team and consumers. In addition, DR Power Equipment has licensed ARI's authoring tool, EMPARTpublisher(TM). Under a prior agreement, DR Power Equipment has also licensed PartSmart(TM) for use by service centers throughout the U.S.

Under the new agreement, ARI will host EMPARTweb and provide on-demand updates to the DR Power Equipment web-based catalogs and continue to distribute PartSmart on a quarterly basis. In addition, DR Power Equipment has licensed EMPARTpublisher to allow them to take over control and maintenance of their data following the initial data conversion by ARI. ARI and DR Power Equipment are currently working together to publish the first DR Power Equipment line product schematics, parts list, and technical bulletins for deployment on EMPARTweb and use in EMPARTpublisher. The deployments are expected to be completed in late 2005.
