On the other hand, DQG has been characterized by its interactive website through which it provides a large part of its services and easily communicate with more than (4000) organizations and individuals. At any rate, benchmarking revealed the existence of a major strategic rapprochement between the two organizations, especially after the economic crisis. Furthermore, Land department sought to build organizational capacity and to achieve organizational excellence, while DQG sought to focus on providing managerial consultancy and organizational support to governmental departments among the UAE, besides, Arabization its programs and publications. Hence, comes the consideration of a strategic partnership agreement between the two organizations. During the benchmarking, both of Ms. Samia Al Yousuf, DQG managing director, and Mr. Mohamed Hussein Fahmy Hussein Fahmy, (Arabic: حسين فهمى ) is an Egyptian actor born in 1940 in Cairo.
