 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. As prescribed in PUCO's financial integrity proceedings, such a plan will outline the actions the company has taken or will take to ensure that DP&L utility operations and customers are insulated from DPL's unregulated activities.

DPL appreciates the Commission providing the company time to develop its plan to comply with this request, in view of the recent change in its management team. The company also stated that it will continue to cooperate fully with the Commission staff regarding any information sought during the Commission's investigation.
