:DPL) states that on February 25, 2003, DPL's Finance & Audit Review Committee of the Board chose to seek competitive bids for independent auditing services in 2003. The Committee had issued requests for proposals to several firms including PricewaterhouseCoopers, which did not submit a proposal.
