:DPL) announced today the promotion of Ellen S. Leffak as Director of Insurance and Risk Management. Ms. Leffak will oversee all risk-management initiatives and the Company's insurance requirements.

Ms. Leffak is an 18-year veteran of DPL and has held numerous positions in the legal and corporate functions.

Ms. Leffak is a graduate of the University of Dayton The University of Dayton is one of the ten largest Catholic schools in the United States and is the largest of the three Marianist universities in the nation. It is also home to one of the largest campus ministry programs in the world.  School of Law and is a member of the Ohio Bar.
