:DPL) today announced that it will hold its 2004 Annual Meeting at The Mandalay Banquet Center, 2700 East River Road, Dayton, Ohio 45439, on Wednesday, December 22, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Holders of common shares of record at the close of business on November 16, 2004 will be entitled to vote at the meeting.
