:DPL), will host 'Insights on Energy,' a forum focusing on the outlook for natural gas prices, electric power markets and Ohio energy deregulation Deregulation

Notes:
Traditional areas that have been deregulated are the telephone and airline industries.
. Two sessions will be held at the Dayton Marriott, the first for business executives on April 21 and the second for government officials on April 22.

Stephen Thumb, Principal of EVA, will talk on 'The Volatile World of Natural Gas.' He will be followed by Michael Schaal, also of EVA, whose remarks will focus on 'The Wholesale Power Market.' Taff Tschamler, Principal Consultant at KEMA, will provide an update on Ohio electric deregulation. A panel discussion will follow the formal remarks with ample time for questions from participants.

The session for business executives on April 21 will be held from 12 noon to 5 p.m. and will include lunch. The session for government officials on April 22 will run from 7:30 a.m. to 12 noon, and will include a breakfast buffet.
