DPL Changes Time of First Quarter 2008 Webcast Conference Call.

:DPL) will conduct a live webcast of its conference call with financial analysts on Thursday, April 24, 2008 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time. The call was originally scheduled for 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on April 24th. DPL changed the time to 8:30 a.m. to avoid a conflict with other financial calls.
