DPL Announces Timing of Year-End 2006 Earnings Release, Webcast Conference Call.

DAYTON, Ohio -- DPL Inc. (NYSE:DPL) will announce its year-end 2006 earnings on Wednesday, February 21, 2007, after the market closes.
