DPL Announces Timing of Third Quarter 2006 Earnings Release, Webcast Conference Call.

:DPL) will announce its third quarter 2006 earnings on Tuesday, October 31, 2006, after the market closes.

In conjunction with the earnings release, DPL will conduct a webcast conference call with financial analysts on Wednesday, November 1, 2006 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time. DPL executive management will present an overview of financial results followed by a question and answer session.
