:DPL) announced that effective immediately, Stephen F. Koziar will serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

. Mr. Koziar has over the years served shareholders and Directors throughout the Company including operations, legal and administrative functions.

Mr. H. Ted Santo Santo, New Hebrides: see Espíritu Santo. , Group Vice President - Power Production, has announced his retirement effective at year-end, citing personal reasons for this change. Mr. Santo, who has been with DP&L for over 33 years, will continue to support the Power Production area as a consultant. His contributions, which most recently have included the completion of the Company's 1,400 MW expansion program, have been significant, adding to our continued success.

Mr. W. Steven Wolff today was elected Vice President - Power Production. Mr. Wolff will be responsible for all DPL owned energy production facilities as well as the Fuel Procurement The fancy word for "purchasing." The procurement department within an organization manages all the major purchases. , Wholesale Energy and Dispatch and Purchasing areas.
