DPC Renews IntegraMed America Agreement.

Diagnostic Products Corporation (NYSE:DP) is pleased to announce the renewal of its sole source supply agreement with IntegraMed America, Inc. for the next three years. This agreement has the potential for DPC to generate $3 to $5 million dollars in automated instrumentation and reagents for reproductive endocrinology testing and semen analysis.

IntegraMed is a national network of fertility clinics and infertility specialists dedicated to helping women achieve a successful pregnancy. Its membership base of reproductive endocrinologists provides male and female infertility treatment including artificial insemination, egg donation, intrauterine insemination (IUI), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), tubal ligation reversal, vasectomy reversal, sperm count and semen analysis and fertility drugs such as Clomid(R). The clinics also offer treatment for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and endometriosis; test serum levels of analytes such as HCG, FSH and progesterone; conduct preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) and fertility surgery; and facilitate sperm and egg donation.
