Diagnostic Products Corporation (NYSE:DP) has signed an agreement with Medical Electronic Systems LTD (MES; Caesarea, Israel) providing DPC exclusive distribution rights for the MES SQA-V sperm analyzer in the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and Brazil.

The SQA-V provides on-screen visualization, image freezing, Kruger and WHO criteria, and built-in archiving capabilities.
