Mr. Kim Early is currently a principal consultant for the Environmental Financial Consulting Group. Prior to this, from 1988 to December 2002, Mr. Early served at Earth Tech, Inc. originally as its chief financial officer and finally as the president of the Global Water Management Division. Earth Tech was a NASDAQ company until it was purchased by Tyco International, Ltd in 1988. Earth Tech grew from a $40 million government missile contractor to a $1.3 billion industry-leading engineering, facilities operations and environmental consulting firm with 7000 employees in more than 100 offices.
