DOWNTOWN TRAFFIC LIGHT FEARS OF DNC TIE-UPS MAY HAVE KEPT MANY AT HOME.

, more than 85 city traffic officers helped direct motorists and monitor the streets, while more than 100 cameras recorded traffic trends at downtown intersections. Officials established a mobile command post near the Los Angeles Coliseum to monitor traffic as well.
