The Tuesday night arrest at a home on exclusive Broad Beach Road came just hours after authorities filed drug and weapons charges against the 31-year-old actor in connection with a June 23 arrest. The alleged break-in occurred at the home of Lisa Curtis, who said she was putting her kids to bed when she discovered a man in a bedroom, covered with a quilt. ``He seems to have passed out in my child's bed,'' Curtis said in a call to 911. Authorities released a recording of the call Wednesday. ``We kind of shook him and he would moan and kind of talk but he seems to just go right back to sleep,'' Curtis told the 911 operator.
