Glucamate DOE 120 (Amerchol)        1.50

PROCEDURE:

In an appropriate vessel, heat ingredients in
phase A to 60 [degrees] C while gently mixing. In an
appropriate vessel, heat Glucamate DOE 120
to 70 [degrees] C, and add deionized water (24.50%)
while mixing. Mix until homogeneous. Add
phase B to phase A. In a separate vessel,
using a water bath, melt Rewomid IPP and
disperse DC 2-8566 Amino Fluid in it. Mix
until uniform. Add phase B to phase C while
mixing slowly. Cool to room temperature
while gently mixing. Add Germaben II. Adjust
pH to around 6.0 with citric acid. Adjust viscosity
with sodium chloride if necessary.

Fine Fabric Wash

INGREDIENTS:                            % WT.

Soft water                              81.00
Sodium laureth (3) sulfate              12.00
Incrodet TD7C (Croda)                    3.00
Sodium chloride                          4.00
Triethanolamine                q.s. to pH 7-8
Dye, fragrance, preservative             q.s.

PROCEDURE:

Add ingredients in the order listed, allowing
each to disperse before adding the next. The
finished product will be clear and stable with a
viscosity of about 600 cps at pH of 7-8.

PROCEDURE:

Combine ingredients of phase A in main kettle
and heat to 78 [degrees] C on propeller mixer, in an
auxiliary kettle, combine phase B ingredients
and heat to 80 [degrees] C. At proper temperature, add
phase B to phase A on propeller mixer. Cool to
40 [degrees] C and add phase C. Cool to 30 [degrees] C and add
phase D.

PROCEDURE:

Thoroughly mix phase A ingredients to 65 [degrees] C
and hold. In a separate container, mix VS80
into ethanol (phase B1) at 50 [degrees] C. Mix phase B2
ingredients in another container. Using a
homogenizer set for moderate mixing, slowly
add phase B1 to phase B2 to form phase B and
blend for 30 minutes while heating to 65 [degrees] C.
Slowly add phase B to phase A using homogenizer
to achieve the emulsion. Package while
still fluid.

PROCEDURE:

Separately mix phase A and phase B in the
order of ingredients provided for each. Phase
A should appear as a paste and phase B as an
opaque liquid. Add phase B to phase A and
mix thoroughly. Add phase C ingredients and
mix until smooth and clear. Mix for at least
five hours.

COMMENTS:

Follow standard dishwashing machine
recommendations. Makes a clear gel.

PROCEDURE:

Mix water and ethanol. Disperse Dermacryl
slowly. Mix to clarity. Add ingredients of phase B

PROCEDURE:

Pre-mix ingredients in phase C and roller mill
until particulate is completely dispersed (check
dispersion on Hegman Gage). Heat phase A to
75-80 [degrees] C. Add phase B to phase A; mix until
uniform. Add phase C to batch and mix until
uniform. If undipersed ZnO is noticed, use roller
mill until Z-Cote HP-1 is dispersed. Fill into
lipstick containers at temperatures between
72-75 [degrees] C.

Liquid Germall Plus in this order, mixing well
after each addition.
