2. All claims are subject to scrutiny and Bingo Gamecards must be intact and must not have been altered in any way to be eligible for a prize. Bingo Gamecards or newspapers containing printing errors are void.

3. Winners must agree to the publication of their names and photographs in The Daily Mirror, Sunday Mirror and The People. A list of winners can be made available on request.

4. Should more prizes be claimed than are available in any category, MGN Limited reserves the right to split the prize allocation.

5. Employees and agents of MGN Limited or any company, organisation or individual connected with the production or distribution of the game or any of their associated companies are not eligible to participate, nor are their relatives or members of their families or households.

6. MGN Limited reserves the right to void Games at any time and change these Terms and Conditions.

7. Any personal information collected will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and used only for the purposes of fulfillment and analysis.

8. Entry into the Game implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as final and binding. A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be made available on request.

9. In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error, error with www.mirrorbingo.com or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the game in any way, the Editors reserve the right to administer the game as though the error had not occurred. Where the Editors deem it appropriate and/or feasible MGN will notify entrants of the error and correct it either through the newspapers or through any other suitable medium. The Editors' decisions are final in any matters relating to the game.
