However, being a movie star there isn't the same as here, he said.

``People recognize me as a tennis player,'' he said. ``I'm on the tour 10 years. They don't bother me. When I'm home (in Prerov), I'm in a small town and everybody knows me. They don't bother me.''

Dosedel, on tour since 1989, is ranked No. 48 in the world. His best finish this season is a quarterfinal loss at Sydney, Australia. The next week, at the Australian Open
