(ADSs) at $16.50 per ADS in simultaneous United States and international offerings. Each ADS represents two ordinary shares. All of the ADSs are being sold by Inco Europe Limited (the Selling Shareholder ). The ADSs will trade on the New York Stock Exchange New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) World's largest marketplace for securities.
