Worst stock pick: Borland. Suri bought shares of the software firm for $41 in 1990. It closed at 7 1/32 Friday.

Investment philosophy: ``Hopefully, to invest in a company that is going to give me a good return and who is a good corporate citizen. I might choose a company because I like using its product, upon the advice of friends or it was something I might have seen in the newspaper.''
