DOLE, RANGEL TO ADDRESS SIA GOVERNMENT RELATIONS CONFERENCE

 WASHINGTON, March 12 /PRNewswire/ -- United States Senate minority leader Robert Dole (R-Kan.), and House deputy majority whip Charles B. Rangel (D-N.Y.), will be among speakers at the Securities Industry Association's (SIA) government relations conference, "Perspectives on Change," here March 15-17, SIA said today.
 Sen. Dole will be the dinner speaker March 15 and Rep. Rangel the breakfast speaker March 16.
 As earlier announced, other speakers at the conference at the Willard Hotel include: Rep. David Bonior (D-Mich.), majority whip; Rep. Michael Oxley (R-Ohio); Securities and Exchange Commission Commissioners J. Carter Beese Jr. and Richard Y. Roberts; Charles M. Lucas, senior vice president, Federal Reserve Bank of New York; and Alan Blinder, chief economist, Council of Economic Advisers.
