DOLAN MEDIA CO. COMPLETES TWO ACQUISITIONS.Dolan Media (Minneapolis, MN) has completed the purchase of two companies, including Hogan hogan Dwelling of the Navajo Indians of Arizona and New Mexico. Besides its stable of legal publications in 17 U.S. cities, Dolan specializes in the gathering of public records information for professionals in the law, credit, finance and construction industries. It currently carries over 100 million public records. Dolan said HIS will become a sister company to Dolan's Banko (Minn., MN) subsidiary, a vendor of banruptcy information. Dolan said it is now the largest gatherer of public records information in the U.S. In related news, Dolan has acquired e-commerce and Web developer click-data.com from parent Marketing Solutions Ltd.
