DOLAN MEDIA CO. COMPLETE TWO ACQUISITIONS.Dolan Media (Minneapolis, MN) has completed the purchase of two companies, including Hogan hogan Dwelling of the Navajo Indians of Arizona and New Mexico. Besides its stable of legal publications in 17 U.S. cities, Dolan specializes in the gathering of public records information for professionals in the legal, credit, finance and construction industries. It currently offers over 100 million public records. Dolan said that HIS will become a sister company to its Banko (Minn., MN) subsidiary, a vendor of bankruptcy information. In related news, Dolan has acquired e-commerce and Web developer clickdata.com from parent Marketing Solutions Inc. The acquired company specializes in integrating corporate and public record data into its databases and distributing that data via the Internet and other electronic formats. Dolan said it will "invest heavily" to continue clickdata's growth, including enlistment ENLISTMENT.
