NORTH A PARROT lover was jailed for nine years yesterday after stealing pounds 2.1million to feed his obsession. Bank financial adviser Lee Gardiner, 32, plundered his customers' accounts to spend pounds 700,000 on rare birds. He switched another pounds 900,000 into his girlfriend's account and bought a string of cars and four homes.
