DODGY LANDLORD'S PROPERTY SEMINARS.Byline: By DOUGLAS WALKER A ROGUE landlord who caused 20 tenants to be evicted after defaulting on his mortgages was paid to advise budding property investors. Jason Baulk, 37, rented out 12 homes in a trendy development near Ocean Terminal in Leith, Edinburgh - including one to Hibs footballer Clayton Donaldson Clayton Andrew Donaldson (born February 7 1984, in Bradford, England) is an English-Jamaican footballer, currently playing for Hibernian in the Scottish Premier League. Donaldson previously played for York City and Hull City. and girlfriend Pippa Fulton. But he defaulted and tenants were forced out just before Christmas. Edinburghbased property dealer Alan Henderson Alan Lybrooks Henderson (born December 2 1972 in Morgantown, West Virginia) is an American professional basketball player for the Philadelphia 76ers of the NBA. He stands 6'9" (2.06 m) tall. Henderson attended Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory School in Indianapolis, Indiana. , 43, claims Baulk still owes him pounds 30,000 fees for sourcing flats for him. He went to one of Baulk's seminars in London to demand the money back. Baulk has been working for Inside Track, who hold workshops for investors. Mr Henderson said: "It's unbelievable he offers advice on property investment - talk about hypocritical hyp·o·crit·i·cal adj. 1. Characterized by hypocrisy: hypocritical praise. 2. Being a hypocrite: a hypocritical rogue. ." After being contacted by the Sunday Mail, an Inside Track spokesman said: "Mr Baulk used to work as a consultant for us but we shall now be suspending him indefinitely."
