WHY do the utilities companies rarely read meters? Surely it couldn't be because by over-estimating our energy usage they can scrounge scrounge

Funny then that his last bill, from SWALEC, showed that he'd used considerably more energy this quarter than the previous one, which also showed a big increase from the one previous to that.

Maybe there's a very clever, cold mouse living in his house..
