DODGERS NOTEBOOK : BULLPEN'S STRUGGLES CONTINUE.The Dodgers bullpen is a little less secure these days. In Sunday's 10-5 victory over the Cincinnati Reds, it allowed two runs and an inherited runner to score in the eighth inning.
