Dodgers manager Grady Little William Grady Little (born March 30, 1950 in Abilene, Texas) is a manager in Major League Baseball. He guided the Boston Red Sox from 2002 to 2003, and has been manager of the Los Angeles Dodgers since 2006.  said the likelihood of surgery is strong.

Utilityman Oscar Robles, who was optioned to Triple-A Las Vegas on Tuesday, was recalled to take Mueller's roster spot. Willy Aybar, who was recalled when Jason Repko went on the 15-day DL Wednesday, will get most of the playing time at third base.

Mueller missed all three games of last weekend's sweep of Milwaukee because of pain in the knee, then returned for this week's three-game series with Houston, going 1for11 with an infield hit and committing two errors. One of those miscues proved crucial in Thursday's loss.

Perez is 3-3 with a 2.73 ERA in eight career appearances at PacBell/SBC/AT&T Park.
