DOCUCON AWARDED $1.75 MILLION CONTRACT WITH U.S. DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE.


SAN ANTONIO, TX--Feb. 13, 1995--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Docucon, Incorporated (Nasdaq: DOCU DOCU Documentary (film) ), a leading provider of document conversion services to the federal, commercial, and legal markets, today announced that it has been awarded a $1.75 million contract with Defense Printing Services to provide a wide variety of document conversion services to the U.S. Department of Defense ("DOD (1) (Dial On Demand) A feature that allows a device to automatically dial a telephone number. For example, an ISDN router with dial on demand will automatically dial up the ISP when it senses IP traffic destined for the Internet. "). The contract calls for the conversion of tech manuals and aperture cards for use on document management systems such as JEDMICS JEDMICS Joint Engineering Data Management Information & Control System , ATIS ATIS - A Tools Integration Standard , and TMPODS TMPODS Technical Manual Publish-On-Demand System
